Recently, Tess performed at 54 Below with Open Hydrant Theatre Company at their 2025 FutureFest as well as at Don’t Tell Mama with the Drama Company NYC at their Comeback Cabaret.

Tess performed as the titular character Marie Antoinette in the Tufts Drama Department’s production in November 2023, directed by Noe. Montez.

Tess Kaplan’s rendition of Marie Antoinette is nuanced yet profoundly impactful, skillfully navigating the character’s journey from initial denial to the depths of emotional turmoil.

Tess performed concurrently as Berthe in Pippin and Ms. Flemming in Heathers in Tufts student musical theatre group Torn Ticket II’s productions during Spring 2024.

Tess performed as the titular character Lysistrata in the April 2023 production of Lysistrata at the British American Drama Academy in London.
